      An after school program in Humboldt Park that provides tutoring and mentoring of students.

      Breakthrough

      Breakthrough

      Based in Chicago, Breakthrough operates programs on the city's north and west sides. These include homeless centers and services for men and women, a street outreach to women in prostitution, and a family outreach program.
